High level of GSM understanding, work with Ericsson equipment is highly preferred. Drive test data analysis, layer 3 messages and provide change recommendations for new site builds. In depth understanding of GSM KPI, performance monitoring once the sites are launched. In depth understanding and working experience post processing tools like ACTIX, TEMS Investigation, & TEMS Discovery, In depth Understanding of network counters and statistics/KPIs for Ericsson GSM. Understanding of Business Objects and how to use it to pull different GSM KPI reports.
