Senior Officers, Syndication and Project Finance Department.

Reputed Saudi Bank seeks Senior officers in the Syndication and Project Finance department. The role will be:

* Analysing project finance proposals, performing due diligence, preparing and submitting credit applications for new lending transactions.
* Reviewing and sensitizing financial models.
* Preparation of Annual Credit Reviews, analyzing annual and interim financial statements, submitting project progress updates.
* Processing amendment and waiver requests.
* Tracking covenant compliance and overseeing maintenance of credit files and loan documentation.

The successful candidate must have:

* Strong credit skills.
* Experience in reviewing and manipulating financial models.
* Good command of written and spoken English
* Team player and excellent communicator.
* Good knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Projects.
* Experience in reviewing legal documents.
* Graduate or Post Graduate qualification in a Business or Accounting discipline.
