• Responsible for - GL, AR, payroll interface and finalization of Accounts, Accruals, Schedules, Generate necessary MIS Reports.
• Ensure all accounting records are maintained on a current basis in order to provide management with financial management data when required.
• Prepare Financial Reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow) on Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly basis along with variance analysis to report Group Finance on time.
• Prepare monthly consolidated financial reports at group level.
• Review monthly financial reports and forecast of subsidiaries.
• Control and monitor collection of all receivables from the region. Credit Management as per guidelines, billing analysis, billing reports as well as solve any billing issues.
• Handled Finance aspect in Online Payment Project (Credit Card).
• Assisting Financial Analyst to prepare monthly score card by providing financial data.
• Monthly Reconciliation of all bank accounts, inter-company and group company accounts.
• Liaison with Internal and External Auditors.
• Upload, reconciling and consolidate monthly financial reports in Hyperion.
• Close of monthly financial books on time.
• Assist subsidiaries to implement Netsuite ERP for their day to day transactions.
• Manage accurate accounting books and ensure monthly closing.
• Contribute to the timely preparation of annual budgets.
• Monitor the budgets to identify variances and report accordingly.
• Update knowledge and skills on an ongoing basis.

Skills

• Knowledge of ERP solutions and experience in working with computerized accounting such as Oracle Financials, Netsuite and Hyperion.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage a team.
• Basic understanding of global E-commerce practices.
• Spoken Arabic desirable.

Education

Bachelor degree Accounting.
